When booking please make sure to allow sufficient time for setting up and clearing away (at least an hour at either end for parties). The minimum time for a party booking is four hours.
Hire charges from April 1st 2022
Monday – Friday
Hourly rate private individual hirers, £12 per hour or £120 for the whole day (8am – 11.30pm). Private events are those which are attended by invitation only.
Regular groups meeting on a weekly – monthly basis, £9 per hour.
Local community events or events run by charities, £9 per hour, rate for the whole day, £80 (8am – 11.30pm) The definition of a community or charity event is one which is advertised and open to anyone to attend.
Business / public sector / corporate events, £15 per hour, £80 half-day (max. 5 hours) or £180 for the whole day.
Weddings – £250 for the wedding day, daily private hire rate for preparation and clearing up and cleaning time.
Saturday – Sunday

Cheques
Cheques should be made payable to Hall for All and sent to Nick Barber, 12 Station Road, Attlebridge, Norwich NR9 5AA. Please put the date of your hire on the back of the cheque
Regular Group Hire
Groups who hire the hall on a regular basis can pay online, by cheque or cash. Cash or cheques can be deposited in an envelope in the Payment Box in the lobby on the day. Remember to write the name and the date of your hire on the envelope.
Cancellations
There is a cancellation charge of 20% of the hire fee for all private bookings.
If an event has to be cancelled due to Covid-19 Regulations the hire fee will be refunded.
Equipment charges
Hire of projector and screen: £10 per session. Trained users only. Please note that anyone using the Hall for All projector for the first time is required to book a practice session with technical support to make sure they understand how to set up the equipment and to check compatibility. Hirers supply their own laptop. The charge for the practice session is £20.
Staging (self-assembly): £5 per session/event
Stage lighting: £10 per session
Sound system: no charge
WIFI: No charge
Microphone and amplifier: £10
We will send you notes about how to use the AV equipment listed above but if you are in any doubt as to how to set up or use a piece of equipment hirers are advised to book a practice session to avoid problems on the day when no technical support will be available.
Alcohol: Hall for All does not have an alcohol licence, so alcohol may not be sold on the premises. Users may bring their own beer, wine etc.
Bouncy Castles: bouncy castles must not be inflated inside the hall. It may be possible to put one on the playing field, but hirers should bear in mind that they will need to take out insurance against accidental injury to users as they would not be covered by the hall’s public liability insurance.
