For bookings please check our availability and complete the booking form. We are sorry but we cannot accept bookings by SMS text.

Usually we will confirm a booking within three days, if you don’t receive a reply (check your spam folder), please phone or email.
When booking, please allow sufficient time for setting up and clearing away (at least an hour at either end for parties).
The minimum time for a party booking is four hours. Sorry but no bouncy castles in the main hall.

Definitions/Rates
Regular Groups – those meeting on a weekly or monthly basis
Community or Charity Event – one advertised and open to anyone to attend
Equipment Charges
Projector & Screen – £10 – Trained users only
Practice Session – £20 – Anyone using the Hall For All projector for the first time is required to book a practice session.
Stage Lighting – £10
Microphone & Amplifier – £10
We will send you instructions about how to use the AV equipment listed above – if in doubt, please book a practice session beforehand.
Payment
Private Hirers – Payment to be made in advance, online or by cheque within seven days of the confirmation of the booking.
Regular Group Hire – Groups who hire the hall on a regular basis can pay online, by cheque or cash. Cash or cheques can be deposited in an envelope in the payment box in the lobby on the day. Please write the name and date of your hire on the envelope.
Cancellations – There will be a cancellation charge of 20% of the hire fee for all private bookings if the cancellation is less than 8 weeks from the hire date.
